The Company of IL FORNO was born 18 years ago and since that time we are following the same philosophy we brought to Abu Dhabi the highest standard of Italian cuisine.
It's early morning deep in Italy's rural heartland. The Forno family go about the daily ritual of preparing their crops for harvest. The menfolk whilst busying themselves with caring for their crops are keen to finish, knowing the women folk back home are busy too preparing traditional Italian feast.
